Plano Business- Business owner reported objects moving, hearing unexplained sounds and voices; customers and employees reported being touched when no one else was around them, and also a phantom perfume smell seemed to accompany the activity. Security camera footage at this location had captured an object seemingly moving on its own. A motion detector set off the security alarm but upon reviewing the video on the security cameras, no source for the motion could be found. Investigators experienced many of the reported noises and voices, but no voices were captured on audio. Two investigators received knocking responses when asking questions in an EVP session. One investigator was touched in the arm and in the back. In regards to the alarm issue, the alarm company was called out to the location to inspect the system. They could find no logical explanation for the motion detector to go off; the equipment was in good working order. The detectors look for sudden temperature changes, and no vents or other heat or cooling sources were near the sensor that was triggered.
